Order Information

I want to cancel my order?

If you’ve received your shipping confirmation I’m unable to cancel your order and you will need to return the items back to me using your preferred returns method. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation please use the live chat portal or the contact form to cancel. Just one more thing! It can take 7-10 business days for your refund to show in your account. A cancellation email will be sent to you to confirm this is processed.

How long do I have to return or exchange an order?

Don't worry! You have 28 days to return an item back  from the day you received the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of this time frame. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Are returns and exchanges free?

Orders in Canada and the US are free. Orders outside of these countries will need to cover the cost of mailing and sent using your local mail delivery service. Tracking is recommended to ensure your order doesn't get lost.  

Can I exchange an item?

If the item is in unworn condition and withing the 28 day return policy it's not a problem. contact me via the contact form or the live chat portal

Is Tracking Included ?

Yes, all orders shipped have tracking automatically, international orders have the option to add tracking or not.

How long to package and ship my order?
Orders are picked and shipped quickly, 1-3 business days,with the exception of statuatory holidays.
How to check order status?

Check your shipping confirmation email that has your tracking number on it. Check your junk folder if you don't see it. If you're still in doubt send a message using the live chat prortal or contact form. 

How is shipping fee calculated?

Shipping is automatically calculated before you pay for your purchase at the end of the checkout process.
