There's options besides medication, which is fabulous if that's what works for you, however I'm finding that tumeric and vitamin e has really helped me a lot. I've also switched over to wearing as many bamboo fabric t-shirts that I can find as it reduces the dripping sweat from running down my back... (TMI sorry)
